Leighton CurtisLUCASLeighton's family would like to extend their sincere thanks for the many cards and kind words of sympathy received in their sad loss. Thank you also to all who attended Leighton's Celebration of Life, or just thought about him on the day, and gave so generously to his chosen charities, raising £710.90 for Cancer Research UK and Treetops Hospice Care. Thank you to those who cared at the Royal Derby Hospital and the Nightingale Macmillan Unit. Special thanks go to Dr Glazier, who went the extra mile for Leighton, celebrant Lisa Bonito-Day, and Colin and staff for the lovely reception buffet. We are very grateful too for the tremendous amount of help received from Andrea, Lauren, Caring Links and Treetops, which enabled Leighton to spend his last few days at home. Finally, we are indebted to George Simnett and Family for looking after Leighton, and us, in such a gentle and compassionate way.
